Hello and welcome to Hollywood, Santa Clarita, Hollywood Santa Clarita?

Yes-that’s correct. I have brought Hollywood here. Here’s why. I am an actor, director, award winning, drama teacher. Having been in show business since the age of seven, and having worked in the Los Angeles, Hollywood and Burbank Motion Picture and T.V. Studios for 55 years: I have relocated here in the Santa Clarita Valley.

I have been teaching Film Acting, Comercial Acting, Voice Acting, and Voice over, Cold Reading and Narration in two languages, Spanish and English. I had the pleasure of having worked With some of the most professional actors in the Motion Picture and Television Industry, Such as Marlon Brando, Karl Malden, Walter Brennan, Dusting Hoffman, Barbara Stanwyck, Lana Turner, Bonny Badelia, Robert Redford etc, etc.

Two of my films were nominated for The Academy Award: ” Little Big man” with Dustin Hoffman and ” A piece of Earth” with Fay Dunaway in Spanish in wich I played The Lead.

Now once more back to Hollywood Santa Clarita: I am often asked from people interested in film, acting, voice acting, (voice over) if there is a difference between film, acting and theatre? YES there is. Theatre acting you are acting for an audience. Film acting you are acting for the camera.

Film Acting, requires timing, very smooth timing: your speech, your internal intentions and your mechanical moves.
All this require timing for the camera.
The hardest thing to find in this wonderful art of acting, is finding the right teacher.
One of my favorite actors Mickey Rourke said and I quote:” You are only as good of your teacher”
“You are only as good as all the hard work you put into”.
