3. Company Access & Accounts
Access Period: Course access for the purchasing organization is valid for 365 days from the purchase date, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Account Responsibility: Employers and HR administrators are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and managing employee access within their organization.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All course videos, text, graphics, scripts, branding, and materials on spanishmadefriendly.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Spanish Made Friendly. Unauthorized recording, downloading, copying, distribution, or resale of any content is strictly prohibited.
5. Legal Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Our training programs are designed to support California’s sexual harassment prevention requirements. However, purchasing or completing this course does not constitute legal representation or formal legal advice. Employers remain solely responsible for overall state and federal compliance.
Spanish Made Friendly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform downtime, improper administrative tracking by the client, or unauthorized account access.

Employer & HR Data: Company name, admin contact name, business email, phone number, and billing details.
Employee Data: Name, email address, and course completion progress required for generating certificates of completion.
Technical Data: Standard web analytics, IP addresses, and device data to maintain security and ensure mobile responsiveness.
7. How We Use Your Data

Provide 365-day access to our training platform.
